In the rush of our daily lives, we keep forgetting about the most important part of the day – morning. How we start the day, determines how the rest of it goes.

Scientists try to define how we should start the day, celebrities share how you can also start the day like them to become them, or you can copy one of many routines available online or create your own.

For example, there is this one famous routine that spreads on the internet, the blueprint – Andrew Huberman’s Daily Routine. It was created by this neuroscientist and uses actual science to prove its benefits.

In the age of well-being gurus and bio-hacking, it’s important to base your routine on facts and not just trends on the internet, right?

Here comes your role as a routine designer – let’s design the perfect morning routine.

To help you, there is a simplified Andrew Huberman’s Morning Routine list so that you can take what you want and need to create a routine.

Wake up naturally At 5:30-6:30

Drink water + supplements + electrolytes

Cold shower

Workout

First caffeine At 10:00

Breakfast At 11:00-13:00

Use your mouse or keyboard (1, 2, 3) to choose options.
Press SPACE to confirm and continue.

Let’s start off with the first person that needs some help.

I’m

I aspire to be a perfect person.

Help me become better.

Design a routine

The same routine can help one person, be neutral for another, and harm a third. Designing for the "average person" means designing for someone who doesn't really exist.

We live in a world where we want to get universal solutions and get one perfect routine. But everyone has their own story, their own limits and there is not one perfect way to do things.

Looking for the one perfect routine became a trend and an opportunity for companies to sell off their products. Hopping on trends, they can sell supplements, workout plans, e-books, courses and many more.

Don’t judge if you don’t know someone and be kind to yourself.
